Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants must:
- Possess a Grade 1 Trade Test Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Building Construction, Carpentry, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in project identification, appraisal, and consolidation into the Constituency Annual Investment Plan (AIP);
- Conduct site inspections and liaise with contractors and the Directorate of Public Works;
- Monitor and report on project progress;
- Update project management system platforms;
- Support constituency-level performance assessments using Local Authority Performance Assessment tools;
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
